Regional Development Australia Far West (RDA Far West) have undertaken the 2025 Far West Regional Workforce Development Survey and the final report is in progress.

The Survey is conducted every 3 years and provides significant information about the region’s workforce needs, aspirations, training and education requirements and barriers to growth. 

Understanding our region’s workforce needs is of utmost importance, 


The final report will provide an evidence based comprehensive report of the region’s workforce needs and the specific barriers faced by industry sectors in meeting their workforce needs.
